#1 - Mon Dec 15, 2008 3:10 PM ESTI think its time this country gets over its obsession with humane treatment of criminals, cruel and unusual punishment, etc..... what a bunch of crap! I'm so sick of hearing about this happening. I think if you shake a baby to death, or hurt a child in anyway, the same thing should be done to you. I think they should develope a contraption that will shake these people to the same degree they shook the baby, until they are either brain damaged, or dead.
